Debra Adams is the founder of the business, a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and a leading practitioner in developing courses for improving financial know how and commercial acumen in the hospitality sector. She is the author of the highly acclaimed textbook ‘Management Accounting for the Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Industries 3rd edition: A Strategic Approach’ now available here in 3rd edition.
Debra is a well known personality in the hospitality sector having delivered courses and training with numerous companies across the sector.
She holds a number of senior roles including Trustee and Member of the Supervisory Board for the Institute of Hospitality. She was formerly Head of Professional Development at HOSPA for a number of years and previously a Council member of the British Association of Hospitality Accountants. Debra holds a visiting teaching post at Les Roches Hotel School, Switzerland, and is a contributory member of the Glion Fellowship Research program.

Sue Callard

Sue Callard is our experienced Learning Technologist. Following a career which commenced with a customer focused role with Disneyland Paris, followed by a period of time at Bournemouth University where she focused on the use of various learning tools, Sue now specialises in the application of Learning Technology to improve the learner’s experience.
She has been busy developing our finance4hospitality academy with elearning tools and content for deep learning and assessment. She has specialist knowledge in the use of a variety of learning tools including Moodle, Blackboard, Camtasia, Mahara, Questionmark and Dreamweaver.
Katie Hincks
Associate Learning Consultant
Katie Hincks joins us as an Associate Learning Consultant with expert skills in Hospitality Finance and Hotel Management Accounting. Katie spent over eleven years working in financial roles at the Principal Hotel Group including Regional Financial Controller, before starting her own consultancy. Katie combines her financial expertise with a love of developing and delivering training courses for the hospitality industry and has added a Certificate in Education and Training to her accomplishments. Katie is currently preparing a range of resources to support our finance4hospitality academy.
